With over 20 years in the wellness space—teaching Pilates, practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and working in integrative health—I’ve explored healing from all angles. I’m certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner (Levels 1 & 2), and my passion lies in sharing simple, effective tools that support real-life wellness.
These days, I focus on what’s worked for me in this season of life—navigating motherhood, perimenopause, and the daily stressors that come with it all. From hydration and detox support to nervous system regulation, non-toxic living, and fueling my body well, I believe in going back to basics—without overcomplicating it.
I live on a little farm in Ohio with my husband, two boys, and a crew of animals. I’m most at peace in the garden, on the trails, or just soaking in the little joys of everyday life.
